Clean up and review coil libraries

Examples including but not limited to
- More then one minizip library in the source code.
- mingwlibs64 having the boost library despite the engine never use said files. (It uses them as part of the lib folder part of the coil engine)

Compare those libraries with what the Coil engine actually uses.
