Description
* User submits PR
* Twitcher runs `ngfx-capture` https://docs.nvidia.com/nsight-graphics/UserGuide/index.html to generate a capture
* Twitcher uploads the generated trace as a comment on the PR
* User can download the trace and view it on their machine using nsight graphics (they don't need a nvidia GPU for this)
