I am currently going through the tutorials posted on the official website and when adding the default plugin the window does not get created successfully
## What you expected to happen
Expected a blank window to open
## What actually happened
The program exited before successfully displaying the window

Similar error messages have occurred when people have attempted to run some of the samples of DX12 in the DX12 samples repo
