Description
## What problem does this solve or what need does it fill?
We are developing some applications to use in our research and would like to be able to cite Bevy and its very helpful contributors :).
## What solution would you like?
[Github Citation](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-citation-files)
[Persistent Identifier](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/archiving-a-github-repository/referencing-and-citing-content#issuing-a-persistent-identifier-for-your-repository-with-zenodo)
Creating a DOI with zenodo will require approval from the owner of the org from what I understand.
## What alternative(s) have you considered?
You could publish a paper I guess? Creating a DOI and adding a citation file in the repo seems more appropriate.
