Description
Add Apache 2.0 to `bevy-website` to be consistent with [bevy](https://github.com/bevyengine/bevy).
As [mentioned by cart](https://discord.com/channels/691052431525675048/745355529777315850/1000155066080178266), this relicensing would not be as comprehensive as bevy's relicensing.
There are currently [90 contributors](https://github.com/bevyengine/bevy-website/graphs/contributors) that are required to accept the new licensing agreement.
