"Add view" button forces to use javascript

Using web interface button "Add view" creates javascript map/reduce function even if couchapp was initialized for another language.
I suppose that better to use same trick as Futon does (it knows somehow about python map function template for example).

Start at the web interface's "Add view" button and inspect how it chooses the generated map/reduce function template. Compare that behavior with Futon's language-specific templates; done means a couchapp initialized for another language no longer receives a JavaScript view by default.
