Load file list option in carousel

The option to load a series of images or a folder instead of having to load one by one.
I have to produce many carousels with 20+ images. I would love if it was a feature in the bootstrap package to prevent one having to add more extensions in the stack.

Not really a problem, is just very slow to get a carousel going if it has more than 3 or 4 images/elements.

Maybe there is an alternative, well functioning extension that plays well with the bootstrap package and can load long lists.
