Missing content on print in Firefox

## Description

When printing a page with content over more than one printed page in Firefox, the first and last page contain no actual content except breadcrumb.

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Hit page https://www.bootstrap-package.com/content-examples/text/rich-text
2. Select print
3. See preview

### Expected behavior
All content is printed from first to last (third) page

### Actual behavior
First page is empty, second page contain only part of the content and third page is empty

## Versions
On FF v72.0.2 for OSX v10.14
(also reported from a windows 10, IE)

No problem in Safari and Chrome, also OSX v10.14

Trace the print-related frontend styles used by that page; done means the content appears on every printed page, including the first and last, without the empty-page behavior.
