Template visibility in backend

I use the bootstrap_package and an extensions from the sitepackage-builder. Normally I can add a new backend layout in a few steps. In my latest installation, the new backend layouts do not appear in the typo3 backend.

The mysterious thing is, that some names for the backend layout like elefant work and some names like tiger don't. I don't have any idea where the problem comes from, because the working backend layouts are made in the same way then the faulty ones. I tried the following things:

- flush cache
- flush php cache
- composer dump-autoload
- rename the faulty backend layouts

Because nothing of this works and I have some working new backend layouts in the same installation, I think that there is a bug.

In the attached screenshots, I show the template "tiger", which doesn't work.

Does anybody know this problem? Is there a solution?
