Text wrap around pictures.

Hello all. Maybe this is a silly question but I can't get text to wrap around a picture. In the alignment options is either above, below and then _no-wrap_ left or right.
It is funny that when choosing the content type for text & image it says "Any number of images wrapped right around a regular text element." but wrapping is not possible.
Am I missing something super obvious?

Any help greatly appreciated!!
