Card element link on picture not working

## Description

When using a "card" element with a picture and add a link to an internal page, the link is not rendered in the frontend.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Install TYPO3 13.4.1
2. Install Bootstrap Package 15.0.0
3. Add a content element "Card Group" from "Text"
4. Add a card element
5. Add a picture
6. Ad link to the picture
7. save and check in frontend - no link on picture rendered

### Expected behavior

Picture should be linked

Picture not linked

Reproduce the issue with TYPO3 13.4.1 and Bootstrap Package 15.0.0 by creating a Card Group, adding a picture, linking it to an internal page, and checking the frontend. The issue names no files or tests; done means the picture renders with the internal-page link in the frontend.
