Need the function of dropdown when hover over the navi

Hello, in older versions of bootstrappackage the dropdown navi is shown by hover over the top navi. In the newest versions of BP you have to click on the little arrow to open the dropdown. Is there a way to use the old behaviour in the newest version of BP?
