Allowing id attribute in links

hopefully somebody can help.

Using a sitepackage and bootstrap_package and Typo3 10.4.22

I need to have in the RTE editor the possibility to add an id to a link. I looked at the yaml files but I did not find a solution for it.
Therefore, does somebody knows how to configure this?
My goal ist to have a link like this:

Start by reviewing the YAML RTE configuration used by bootstrap_package with TYPO3 10.4.22, since the issue reports that an id entered on an anchor is removed when the content element is saved. Confirm how link attributes are filtered, then verify that a saved link retains id="test".
