Occasionally restoring after minimizing fails:
How to reproduce this? It mostly occurs when the window/taskbar icon is still visible minimized. But FormWindowStateChange sets it to invisibile after every minimization. Does Lazarus 1.8.1 r55664M not call this event properly?
