Feature Request: VFX Toolchain

As a person familiar with VFX content creation, and tools, I want to be able to get up and running creating overlays for Overlayed.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

A familiar path to creating an overlay, bringing in content from other tools (perhaps illustrator, after effects, etc). The goal is to minimize the __need__ to write `javascript` by hand.

**Additional context**

Definitely some user research to be done, as I don't consider myself to have any VFX experience.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start with user research on Illustrator- and After Effects-style overlay creation, then define the supported workflow and acceptance criteria; done requires an agreed approach that reduces the need to write JavaScript by hand.
