Description

We should be able to hide individual overlays, as well as the entire overlayed app (everything) via hotkeys!

Research direction

Start by locating the Electron/React entry points that handle global hotkeys and overlay visibility. Determine how individual overlays and the complete overlayed app are represented, then define hotkeys for each scope. Done means both individual overlays and all overlays can be hidden and restored through hotkeys, with the behavior verified in the running app.
