Short (ie one line) snippets don't decrease points available over time.

Perhaps this is intentional, but I've come across quite a few single-line files (usually from coding tutorial exercises, such as [MostlyAdequate](https://github.com/MostlyAdequate/mostly-adequate-guide)), which display the initial (and only) code, then remain on the max points indefinitely.

I suppose this could be seen as fair in a way as it is a smaller file giving far less information to guess from, but I still think that having an indefinite time to get max points is unfair.
