The application doesn`t load, if you connect to zerotier network

On one of the usual days, the app just stopped loading. I didn't do anything unusual, and I didn't experiment with anything. The application is running in the Task Manager, but no interface appears.
The installation was via steam. But after the problem appeared, I tried another installation via a zip archive, which behaves exactly the same way.
I also completely reinstalled the application, deleted folders in roaming.

Start by reproducing the launch failure with a ZeroTier network connected, comparing the Steam and ZIP installations and the behavior after removing roaming folders. The issue provides no source files or tests; done means the application interface appears normally while ZeroTier is connected.
