[Feature Request] Output Modules

Just like the current *input* modules, I think VRCFT would benefit a lot from having a similar system for outputs. Meaning for example OSC would just become a Module. And anyone can create their own output module to output with any kind of data format and use any protocol. This would make VRCFT completely game and protocol agnostic. So it can be used for any game or software.

Some modules could for example be:
- Custom OSC (For ChilloutVR)
- Websockets (For ~~NeosVR~~ Resonite)
- VMC Protocol (For VSeeFace)
