Description: On-demand official company records. Free company search across 140+ jurisdictions with no account (daily limit). Each jurisdiction page names the official source register and lists which fields it does and does not publish (officers, shareholders, beneficial owners), which is useful before you pay anyone. A purchase returns the official registry filings retrieved live from the source register at the moment of purchase, plus a KYB report in English with company data, officers and shareholders and the ownership chain resolved.

Cost: Partially free. Search and coverage pages free; records paid, one price per jurisdiction band from US$19 to US$119, card, no subscription.

Limitations: registry-only, so no watchlists, no news, no third-party data; where a register does not publish shareholders, the coverage page says so and the record will not contain them. Some registers have no online retrieval and those records are fetched manually, which takes longer; the page says which case applies before payment.

Ethical considerations: the records contain personal data of officers and shareholders as published by the register; purchase requires accepting an Acceptable Use Policy.
