Escalate replace function to the metadata

### Objective

The `replace` ruleset could also apply to the metadata on the basis that it can escalate the function to standardize our music collections (featuring -> `feat` — -> `-` etc). I spent a chunk of time thinking the expressions through, only to find out they only affect the filenames 😞
