update: Add option to ignore specific metadata tags on update

Add an configuration option to ignore metadata changes and/or deletions from files to the database for specific tags. This should work in conjunction with the zero plugin so the database can track more metadata than the files themselves. Would help with some applications that truncate, destroy or delete metadata information from files.
