Rename project

I was thinking:
[] Sköll
Sköll is the name of one of the wolves that chases the sun. It is said that when Sköll gets the sun, ragnorak will happen (the world will end). Since Alice is a tool designed to get you to the end of writing a blog post, I thought it'd be cool.

Start with the issue's proposed name, Sköll, and review the repository's project-facing metadata and references to Alice. The work is done when a final project name is agreed on and all confirmed project-facing references consistently use it.
