## Description
The Registry installed on vistaar (https://registry-sandbox-vistaar.da.gov.in) is not showing the "I am a new user" link. This was similar on BOC and Prasad fixed it.
## Outcome
1. Fix it on the VISTAAR Sandbox registry
2. Document the process to enable it in the registry documentation.
