Beckn knowledge RAG: AI input document for Beckn Schemas

## Description
This ticket is raised to self-review and fix issues identified in the Registry Specification Document. The goal is to ensure content consistency, correct formatting, and verify schema definitions.

Tasks to be completed:
- Self-review the document

- Fix buggy example JSONs identified during the review

- Investigate empty schemas and verify if any backing documentation exists
