Description

Part1: https://github.com/beckn/missions/issues/263

## Description
The team is working on building an application that acts as a centralized interface for managing sellers (providers) and their catalogs. This app will allow users to create and manage their catalogs through structured forms and also offer a feature to publish these catalogs across relevant networks.

In a recent team call, it was suggested that we design a **generic schema** that will serve as the foundation for form generation related to:
- Provider creation
- Catalog creation
- Item creation

This schema will help standardize form fields and behavior across the application. The schema should be flexible enough to support future changes and different network-specific requirements.

A **Figma file** was shared to serve as a reference for this schema and form layout. Please note that the Figma is **not final** and is to be used for directional guidance only:

## Goals
- [ ] Design a generic schema structure for provider, catalog, and item forms
- [ ] Ensure the schema can be reused across different form components in the app
- [ ] Align schema with the directional guidance in
