Project Lighthouse - Kick Off

## Project Overview

Project Lighthouse aims to build a carbon emissions tracking framework using India’s GST network, starting with Tata Motors’ Scope 3 emissions for purchased goods and transportation. Our target is to complete Phase 1 with a demo scheduled for January 9-10, and then explore scalability to other industries in Phase 2.

1. Architecture Win Room: November 11th – finalizing architecture and schema.
2. Engineering Kickoff: Wil happen after architecture has been established. Aiming for November 12th.

**25th November 2024 Update**

1. Finalize L0 Architecture - 29th November 2024
2. Engineering Allocation Meeting - 27th November 2024
3. Dry Run Demo - 16th-20th December 2024
4. Final Demo for Tata Motors - 9th-10th January 2025
