[PWM] : Finalize implementation of complementary PWM configuration

Description
At the moment, the complementary PWM configuration function from the driver is disabled (= not implemented).
It's not mandatory to have it in order to use the driver, but it could be a nice thing to have and will allow fine demanding applications such as motor control and other automatic freewheeling control signals for child boards.
