Add to app drawer

At the moment, the app doesn't appear in the app drawer. If the user forgets to add it as an assistant at time of install, they might not know how to access it.

I suggest (if this is possible) making it appear as a "normal" app in the app drawer. Maybe accessing it via this route just shows an info screen that tells the user to add it as an assistant. I don't think this will add much unnecessary clutter.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating how the app declares its assistant role and whether it has a launcher entry, then define and verify the app-drawer behavior and the proposed guidance screen.
