etl_load for spatial data

@beanumber have you applied this framework to spatial data? I noticed that the macleish uses spacial data but from my understanding it doesn't load the spatial data to the SQL database. I have made a few attempts to but I seem to run into an issue when it checks for csv.

The issue mentions etl_load, the macleish spatial data, and a CSV check, but names no files or tests. Start by reproducing the CSV-check failure with the macleish data and tracing etl_load; done means spatial data loads into the SQL database without that failure.
