🐛 [CommandBar] toggle secondary menu not working in iOS (iPhone16 series)

I've tried example app running in both iPhone 16 Pro Max real devices and simulators. The toggle secondary menu is not working.

Actually i got this bug report from my user using my app and i tried the official example app in fluent_ui git, it's not working as well
