Error using smart accounts with monad testnet

I cloned the repository [bcnmy/quick-start](https://github.com/bcnmy/quick-start) and upgraded the dependencies to the latest versions to support the Monad Testnet. But I'm not wokring with Smart Accounts in this update.

Start by comparing the dependency upgrades and smart-account setup in the bcnmy/quick-start repository with the karasbuilder/quick-start fork, then reproduce the reported failure against Monad Testnet. Done means the smart-account flow works with the updated dependencies; the issue does not name a specific source file or test.
