non-dicom folder upload

Currently, if a user selects a non-dicom folder anonimization exits without errors, but the upload does not recognise that there is nothing to upload.

Either do not show uploader if there is nothing in the anonimization folder or simply copy the original files and skip anonimization altogether

The issue does not name files or tests; start by tracing the folder anonymization and upload flow in the JavaScript client. Reproduce a non-DICOM folder case and choose one requested outcome: hide the uploader when no files remain, or upload the original files without anonymization; verify that the resulting upload reflects that behavior.
