**Describe the task**
Implement the Penalty Credit[ status boards ](https://www.figma.com/design/7Qgou3rxcHHk5qbmD9538x/ZEVA-2?node-id=3501-15297&t=zTlI8XQGISeDOTFj-1)for lDIR and BCEID users based on the current Penalty Credit status.

**Purpose**
Provide users with clear visibility into the current status of a Penalty Credit and relevant information associated with that status.
