ZEVA 2 - BCEID User Restyle Edit Supplier Info Page

**Describe the task**
Restyle the existing Edit Supplier Information page for BCEID users. When supplier selects Edit from the Supplier Info tab, they should continue to use the existing supplier info editing workflow.
The ticket should update only the visual layout and organization of the page.

**Purpose**
Create a clearer and more consistent editing experience.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [x] Existing editable fields remain available
- [x] Existing required fields and validation rules remain unchanged
