**Describe the task**
Rename the existing ZEV Unit Transactions tab to Credit Transactions.
This is a label update only. No changes to the page content, functionality, business logic, or user workflow are required.
**Purpose**
Align the application terminology with the updated UX design and business language by using Credit Transactions, which more accurately describes the information presented within the tab.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] The ZEV Unit Transactions tab is renamed to Credit Transactions.
