ZEVA 2- IDIR Vehicle Supplier Information - Update Existing Supplier Information Tab Styling

**Describe the task**
Update the visual styling and layout of the Supplier Information tab for an existing Vehicle Supplier to match the approved[ Figma design.](https://www.figma.com/design/7Qgou3rxcHHk5qbmD9538x/ZEVA-2?node-id=3231-9292&t=xpdupCduTye12Tml-1)
This is a UI-only update. The page should continue to display the same information and retain its current functionality.
The tab should continue to include: Supplier Information, Legacy Sales Volumes, Supply Volumes.
The Supplier Information content should be presented as a clearly structured information block. The Legacy Sales Volumes and Supply Volumes data should be displayed in organized tables, as shown in the design.

**Purpose**
Improve the readability, organization, and visual consistency of the existing Vehicle Supplier information page. Structuring supplier details into a dedicated block and presenting volume data in tables will make the information easier for users to review.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] Existing functionality and business logic remain unchanged.
- [ ] The same supplier data continues to be displayed.
- [ ] Supplier details are organized within a dedicated Supplier Information block.
- [ ] Legacy Sales Volumes are displayed in a table.
- [ ] Supply Volumes are displayed in a table.
- [ ] Table headers, rows, spacing, alignment, and typography match the approved design.
- [ ] Page sections, labels, field values, and visual hierarchy match the Figma design.
- [ ] The page remains responsive across supported screen sizes.
