ZEVA 2 - Credit Applications - Excel Template Improvements - Input Instructions

**Describe the task**
Update the Create Application Excel Template to include additional input instructions for users.

**Purpose**
To reduce validation errors during Excel upload by providing clear guidance on correct data formatting.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] Add instruction that no leading or trailing spaces are allowed in any fields. Clarify that spaces before values may cause errors.
- [x] Add instruction that future dates are not allowed and will result in validation errors
- [x] Instructions are clearly visible within the Excel template
