ZEVA 2 - Update placeholder text to “Search” in table component (searchable fields)

**Describe the task**
Update the placeholder text in all searchable input fields within the table component (used across the system) to a consistent label: “Search”.
This change should be applied to all instances where the design system table component with search functionality is implemented.

**Purpose**
Ensure consistency across all searchable fields in the system
Improve clarity and usability for users

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] All searchable input fields within table components display placeholder text: “Search”
- [x] The change is applied consistently across all relevant pages and modules
- [x] No functionality of search is affected
