ZEVA 2 - Missing navigation highlight when opening records across multiple modules

**Describe the Bug**
When opening different records in the system, the top navigation highlight disappears, so it is no longer clear which section the user is currently in.
This issue appears across multiple modules.

**Expected Behaviour**
When a user opens a record or page inside a module, the top navigation should remain highlighted to indicate the current section (for example Administration, Vehicle Suppliers, ZEV Models, etc.).

**Actual Behaviour**
After opening certain pages or records, the navigation highlight disappears, making it unclear which module the user is currently working in.

**Implications**
This may cause confusion for users, since there is no visual indicator of where they are in the system.

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role: IDIR
This can be reproduced in several places in the system. For example:
1. Go to Administration
2. Open Create New User or an existing user
or
1. Go to ZEV Models
2. Open a vehicle record
or
1. Go to Credit Transactions
2. Open any transaction
As a result the top navigation highlight disappears after opening the record or page.
