ZEVA 2 - Reset Table redirects to Active Vehicles tab on Inactive Vehicles tab

**Describe the Bug**
When I click Reset Table on the Inactive Vehicles tab in ZEV Models, the table resets but the system redirects me to the Active Vehicles tab.

**Expected Behaviour**
When clicking Reset Table on the Inactive Vehicles tab, the table should reset but the user should stay on the Inactive Vehicles tab.

**Actual Behaviour**
After clicking Reset Table, the system resets the table but redirects to the Active Vehicles tab.

**Implications**
This interrupts the workflow and can be confusing, because the user suddenly leaves the tab they were working in.

**Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role: IDIR
1. Go to ZEV Models
2. Open the Inactive Vehicles tab
3. Apply sorting or filtering in the table
4. Click Reset Table
5. The system redirects to the Active Vehicles tab instead of staying on the Inactive Vehicles tab.
