**Describe the task**
The administration pages need proper styling done to them to look more complete since they are nearing completion functionality wise.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] Style specific user page (When you click on a user from the administration table.)
- [x] Style user edit form
- [x] Match modal wording/icons to mockups
- [x] Add role descriptions to edit user page
