Update the Team Zelda Confluence page on the DDS confluence page list - https://apps.nrs.gov.bc.ca/int/confluence/display/DDS/Zelda

**Purpose**
This helps Connected Services BC to get basic information about our Team and Product at one glance

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Update links of repos and tools
- [ ] Add Details about user metric e.g. Internal vs External
- [ ] Update information on applications that will soon be or are already retired
- [ ] Add other details as needed
