As a supplier user, I want to be able to upload evidence when I submit a credit application.
Wireframe: Please see ZEVA1 for inspiration.
Purpose and benefit to user:
This is a requirement.
Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] Given I am a supplier user, when I am submitting a credit application, I can submit multiple pieces of evidence (files).
Development Checklist:
- [ ] Suppliers can submit files when submitting credit applications and ZEV models.
- [ ] Government users can download every file in bulk for each credit application/ ZEV model (perhaps a zip file; maybe the following link will be helpful: https://www.npmjs.com/package/zip-stream)
