Description
**Describe the Bug**
The email for contacting the zeva people changed but this one spot was missed
**Expected Behaviour**
if you click 'request change to name or address' it should be to ZEVRegulation@gov.bc.ca
**Actual Behaviour**
it goes to CEVEnquiries@gov.bc.ca
**Implications**

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
User/Role:
1. Go to https://zeva-dev.apps.silver.devops.gov.bc.ca/organizations/mine
2. Click on 'request change to name or address'
3. See error
