**As a** *(User Type/Persona)* **I want** *a wind speed overlay in addition to c-haines* **So That** *I can decide if a high c-haines value is of concern*
**Additional Context**
- High C-Haines values, in addition to high wind speeds are an indicator of the potential for blow up conditions. C-Haines in isolation can quite often be ignore due to various issues. (e.g. in a scenario where there's a low temperature, no wind, and a high C-Haines - we'd be less concerned, than if there was high temperature and strong winds).
- There are a lot of ways to show wind speed, the idea proposed by Jesse is to have areas of wind speed (similar to how areas of high c-haines are grouped).
- Env. Canada already has a WMS wind layer - that could be used, but it would probably animate better if it were in the same format as the c-haines. The End. Canada layer uses arrows with colour indicating strength, as opposed to Jese's idea of using area.
