SFMS Insights: Update fuel grid legend to reflect seasonal changes in fuel types

**Design Task:**
Expand the fuel type legend to include D-1/D-2, M-1/M-2, M-3/M-4, and O-1a/O-1b as separate fuel types.

**Describe the task**
For each fuel type category, expand the color values so the user can see the difference between leafless and green deciduous and mixedwood fuel types, and matted and standing grass.
