FireCalc: Redesign for 2027

FBAN Community feedback collected throughout 2026 Fire Season for: https://psu.nrs.gov.bc.ca/fire-behaviour-calculator

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Redesign Manual Data Entry form (currently in excel) w/ FBANs, Ben, PO. Needs to be printable for Incident Command Booklet that's handed out to Incident Command Staff: PO to provide current version of excel file
- [ ] Consider adding Fuel Type Controls
- [ ] Group Parameters and introduce Tabs similar to MoreCast to avoid a table that's lost out of screen
- [ ] Consume Station Groups from MoreCast
- [ ] Introduce Slope calculations
- [ ] Option to view multiple dates in the future and how values evolve over time: T+2 w/ current SFMS; T+10 w/ next gen SFMS
- [ ] Option to consume Hourly Weather Model Parameters/Values from MoreCast
- [ ] Option to calculate Hour to Hour Fire Behaviour (not just Daily as per current)
- [ ] Review attached FireCalc screenshots: table entries have a graphical representation + option to graphically view multiple values
