- [ ] UX Decisions on Header conformity based on updated landing page (Blue on apps vs white on landing)
- [ ] UX Decision re: incorporating the Quick Access side panel
- [ ] MoreCast & HFI Calc & Perc Calc don't have a footer
- [ ] FBP Go has different header and no footer
- [ ] Mobile Map pages: hide footer
