**Describe the task**

Snow Map Enhancements: Weather Stations + Snow Map Opacity

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add new layer component according to design
- [ ] Add station layer with click for details cards
- [ ] Add station search with name and status for date, and centre on station with popup when selected
- [ ] Snow/weather station layers: default on and can be on with other layers
- [ ] Only one layer at time, except snow/stations can be drawn on top of other layers
- [ ] Hide footer for small screens (mobile)
